READING THE BEZEL
A Chronograph will always contain a Tacgymeter or Tachometer bezel which is practically an easy calculator created to help you determine the approximate speed (measured in MPH/KPH) or a simple rate of production.
Estimating speed
When you wish to estimate the speed you will firstly need a measured kilometer or mile. When the subject you're measuring enters a certain point (milepost), start the stopwatch function found on the chronograph. When the subject has reached the next milepost, simply stop the second hand.
You can now read the estimate MPH off your bezel. Piece of cake, right?
Rate of production
You can also establish the rate of production. When you want to time an event or watch an assembly line, just start the timer at the inauguration of the event. Stop it after the event ends, or in the case another product comes off the assembly line.

Types of bezel
Watches are varied by their purpose and utilization and they come with different types of bezels.
- the Telemeter bezel usually has a red bezel to be easier to spot on the dial. When you see a cue at some distance, start your timer. You can stop it when you hear the cue that corresponds to the visual one. Then you can read it off the scale.
Watches with this type of bezel are oftenly used in army, too, due to their capacity of approximating where the enemy artillary is placed.

- You can also meet the decimal bezel. It is calibrated from 1-100. If you choose to utilize this bezel, you will be able to read the time in tens and hundreds of a minute. For example, if the second hand is stopped at 15 seconds, the decimal bezel will represent the .25 from a minute, if it stopped at 30 seconds, the bezel shows .50, and so on.

I hope this article was useful and easy to understand.
However, if you still aren't totally sure how to use it, here's an interesting video that will help you see clearly all you need to do when r eading the bezel . Bekijk meer Zwitserse replica en chopard piece unique horloges
